There is no license plate on it. It looks like it was in an accident. Caller stated that management is not dealing with it, so she wanted to report it so that it gets dealth with. Caller stated there is no license plate.

    Caller states that a vehicle has been parked in front of her home for about two weeks. Caller states the vehicle is blocking part of the driveway and completely blocking the mailbox. The caller spoke with the mailman and the mailman stated it has to be moved he may not be able to deliver her mail. Caller states the windows are down and the hood is propped up as though someone has been taking parts. Caller called 911 previous but unable to have an officer ticket. I advised the caller I would be making the report. Nothing further needed.
