The caller and spouse went to push the golf cart out of the wash area and brought it to their home, where it is in their front yard now due to probably stolen. The golf cart has a Navy emblem on the front bumper. I let the caller know that I will contact Code enforcement to see if they will pick it up.

She stated that you can see it as soon as you enter the lot from Euclid. yellow convertible Mercedes Benz layers of dirt on it, It has been there without moving since March. There is no license plate on it. It looks like it was in an accident. Caller stated that management is not dealing with it, so she wanted to report it so that it gets dealth with. Caller stated there is no license plate.

    Caller is the manager for the neighborhood association. Vehicle is parked in a residential neighborhood up on the sidewalk where there are no parking signs posted. Caller reports that vehicles are randomly parking up on the sidewalk on a daily basis. Caller has contacted 911 before and it was reported that a tow truck would go out and remove the vehicle but she is unclear if that ever happened. Caller has called code enforcement but states that the vehicles will be gone by the time they get there. When the caller attempts to contact 911, she is redirected to the city resource line. Caller is concerned for people trying to use the sidewalk since it is blocked.
