So much dirt and leaves from the avocado tree and the owner never cleans up. There is trash, dog poop, and dirt in the leaves. I cleaned some but the cars here never move and so the sweeper can't get to this area. Dirt blows into our house and all over our property when the wind blows. Leaves and trash come under the fence at 1600 judson which is filled with trash and blight.
