    this trash has been out in the front area for 2 to 3 weeks now skunks and raccoons and animals have been digging in it, it is hazardous as I have small children out planning and these animals could have rabies. this landlord is a slum lord he goes and picks up rent money but he doesn't make his tennents clean up their mess!

Half the tarp is on the roof and the rest is in the driveway. House has looked like this for months and it not making the neighborhood look good.
