Stolen goods (shopping carts and the like)

illegal camping under railroad track on second street, blocking the sidewalk.

There is several tents and carts at the grass area on this location right next to parking lot structure you can see it from the highway as well

There's a homeless camp in the alley behind the Trail and Afton motels, on the west side of the alley They've got a black tarp covering stuff

There is a large tent set up on north end of Pawnee Prairie park. We saw it about 3 weeks ago but because of ticks we haven't walked the dirt trails since. I know it has been set up for several weeks before that. Have also seen evidence of at least 5 campfires throughout the park.
