Markham Court Charlotte, NC. 28205 - Windsor ParkThere is children playing basketball on the street of Markham Court. Two goal on street that have been there for years and CMPD does nothing about it. CMPD has been notified about the situation and not only that it is a city code violation. These children are in harms way playing in the middle of the street. There is a park at Kilborne Park that doesn't have any basketball goals. The city needs to install a couple of goals so the children can have a place to play.
