Thank you for your concern. These trees were planted as part of DGS Engineering's 2020 "Streets Program." This winter was particularly hard on newly planted London Plane and Tulip trees. Those that were lost due to "winter kill" have been inventoried and re-ordered from the supplier under warrantee.
