Don't city vehicles pass this mess on a daily basis? This has been sitting here for nearly two weeks or more. Does the city even care?

They just turn their eyes and drive on. Pretty sad if you ask me.

What a difference having no piles of trash makes for the quality of life in Vallejo! Other cities are somehow trash free (or mostly so). I'm hoping Vallejo PW can keep up with the onslaught of illegal dumpers in this town. Thanks!
