Description

Attleboro installed this retaining wall during the Tiffany Street traffic light project. The wall is crumbling and could fall on sidewalk at anytime or a child climbing the wall could send it collapsing down. A top block fell into the sidewalk last week. The wall needs to be removed before it gets any worse.
