Description
This wrecked car was moved 100 feet to this location on 10/26 from where it sat on Sutter for five weeks This pattern of leaving wrecked unused vehicles for months at a time, then declaring complaints against them resolved or unfounded does not satisfy the intent of the ordinance

unfounded, already handled and found not to be an abandoned/inoperable vehicle. a 72hr warning tag was placed on the vehicle and it was moved. It is currently registered and legally parked on a public street.
In this circumstance, we are required to place a 72hr warning tag on the vehicle. We don't have the staff to keep placing 72hr warning tags on a vehicle that moves around the neighborhood.
