Description

this hazard connot comply with traffic and or building fence regs. the project likely had many high priced engineers design it. not possible to SEE ONCOMING EASTBOUND BARNUM TRAFFIC, when at helen stop sign. pulling out to see traffic causes barnum drivers to swerve or begin road rage. never saw fence built to street corner . no sidewalk any more or setback?
