I sent an email to entergy they emailed me back and they will be out there to fix the street lights on or before 07/30/2015. Thanks!

I'm sorry I recently just gotten a phone call from Entergy of a computer recording saying the request for lighting work and or insulation has been completed so your street lights should be all working now. I'll go ahead and close this out. Thanks!
