See 12632040. The owner has NOT towed this car away as told to vpd_traffic (vpd comment 6/28/22):

"unfounded, not an abandoned vehicle. Spoke to owner, he is having it towed away within the week."

We are now in AUGUST, and the vehicle is still abandoned. As of today, another vehicle with expired plates is now parked in front of it.
