You have placed a sign on the dead tree in front of my house stating that the tree would be cut down ten days from the posting of the sign which states June 29th, 2023. The tree is still in the front of my home. The bark is falling off the trunk off the tree, the limbs are falling onto the vehicles that park there or onto the ground. When the tree is cut down, we do not want another tree planted because this will be the 3rd tree planted and every time a tree is planted the roots tend to cause the sidewalk to raise and cause trouble with my water line. Please handle this matter. Thank you
