Description
All the RV's and trailers parked on public streets is in violation of the law.
They have no way of disposing of waste, so they use a wagon to dump holding tanks then dump it in the bay.
They have tapped into fire hydrant.
Small beach at end of deer was cleaned up and tables were setup after bark was laid, steps and porta potty were all done by 1 man last year.
You can not even get close to the water now, the stench of garbage and human waste is overwhelming.
Only matter of time before nearby property gets broken into.

Unfortunately, its against the law now to move homeless persons from publicly maintained property including streets/sidewalks/parks, etc. The Case was affirmed by the 9th Circuit Court and is headed to the U.S. Supreme Court.
