I checked this location and the address for Shan Dong is 328 10th St; Kimh Tahn Jewelry is at 341 10th St. Assuming the desired location is Shan Dong, there is no suitable sidewalk right in front ( (cracked sidewalk, too many in-pavement utilities). The City could install a rack further to the west, on the side of the corner parcel.
