This vehicle parked on Winchester above Porter street is a Nissan Sentra and has been on the street abandoned for over a year it's been inhabited by a man and his dog for the last week now, and it's attracting unwanted attention from drug users and trouble makers Will the city of Vallejo please send an inspector .
