Another mattress has been dragged over to Ford Alley from the house on the NW corner of Alameda & Penn. so now there are two.

This morning the second mattress was lying in the middle of the alley. Today is trash day and the Recology trucks travel through ... I had to drag it aside to ensure the trucks could pick up my trash and i have had to move it out of the way more than once to get my car out of my driveway.. Because someone keeps pushing them over. Please remove these two mattresses ASAP. Thank you.

Thank you for reporting! Public Works has one full-time Maintenance worker whose sole job is to respond to illegal dumping reports throughout the City. This person usually makes 2 or more trips to the dump everyday, with each load weighing in around 1,200 pounds. We strive to respond to all reports in a timely fashion. If you see someone dumping illegally please report the incident to the Vallejo Police Department.
