You can file your report online with them here http://www.ci.vallejo.ca.us/city_hall/departments___divisions/police/police_online_services/ or download their new phone App, Vallejo Police Department, and report it there.
We have also forwarded this report to the PD's Community Service Section (CSS) so they may address the people living illegally at this location. You can call CSS at 707-553-7218 to follow up with them about this issue.
