Description
It appears the sidewalk is collapsing into the storm drain at Georgia and Sutter St, SE corner adjacent to 602 Georgia. Imagery on Google Maps show this has been cracked since at least May of 2015. The walkway in now uneven enough that it constitutes a real impediment to disabled and elderly foot traffic.

In most cases the sidewalk is the responsibility of the homeowner, in accordance with City Municipal Code Title 10 (you can read the Code here: http://bit.ly/11cZkdr).
