I have reported this as well. They have a door on the side of the fence which they pull cars in and out. They have cars in their back yard as well. Please look into this!

UPDATE: Please report any abandoned/inoperable/unregistered vehicles on the street to the VPD Traffic Division (Code Enforcement can only address vehicles on private property). I have already contacted the police about the cars in the street. The police called me to confirm that they will deal with that. They did say that they can't do anything about unlicensed cars on private property and they don't enforce CC&Rs which is the responsibility of code enforcement. They cannot cite him for cars parked in his yard. However, enforcing the CC&Rs (which we were all forced to agree to when buying our property) is the responsibility of code enforcement. If you would like a copy of the CC&Rs, I can certainly send them to you. They are public record. There is no HOA in Northgate neighborhoods to enforce them. As a citizen, I demand that the city of Vallejo enforce them, which is your statutory responsibility. Let me know if I need to contact Neighborhood Law. Thank you for all you do!
