Glad they are looking into it. Both left onto Halifax and left onto Salisbury is very difficult here during high traffic times. Sometimes it's impossible.

A left turn signal study has been completed for this intersection. Based on the most recent crash and traffic volume data, a protected left turn signal cannot be recommended at this time.
