Cars continue to block street and sidewalk, preventing safe traffic and sidewalk use. Who's in charge here? Notwithstanding assigning this issue to "Sean P" NOTHING has been done. Do these public employees get paid and if so for what?

Thanks for reporting! Unfortunately, the Public Works Department cannot cite and remove private property, even if it is on city streets.
Vehicles parked illegally on city streets and public property must be cited and removed by the Police Department's Traffic Division. The Traffic Division currently has one person who responds to this and abandoned vehicles full-time. They are working on implementing a system so these reports do not get so back logged. In the meantime, please call their hotline at 707-648-4682 and leave as much detailed information as possible.
