I can smell it from blocks away. I think that is why they are builing a big corrugated metal fence around the entire warehouse, probably because of the smell, and obvious secrecy by the tenant. Maybe they are planning on making it a large scale operation.
Over two months now: does "Courtney L" know someone, is there a real Courtney L or jus more BS? This is an illegal operation far worse than any property maintenance issue. What gives?
They are cooling the crop for profit. When it's hot the crop gets tall and stringy. The fans are visibly mounted on the north west wall of the warehouse. Venting the heat & the potent marajuana smell saturate the air in the neighborhood is definitely a zoning issue. The sanitation & flood got away with the sewer stench that would exasperate on the week-ends and especially on the three day week-ends until they covered it. If they attempt to mask the smell they will add additional chemicals into the air.
Maybe this will help identify "Who is the Authority is that needs to be Contact." Possible a State Agency. "Over two months now: " Isn't that nice...OUR City Government extending the courtesy to give the GROWER plenty of time to harvest the crop before reporting the "Drug Activity, Money Laudering, Illegal Manufacturing of Pharmaceutical, Unregistered and Unauthorized and Unpermited Pharmaceuticle Company.
