The backyard has been full of construction debris for at least two weeks. I am sure it is attracting rodents

Back yard is wide open

I concur. Rear was totally open and temporary fence NOT in place when I walked the alley yesterday. Sunday July 3

This situation remains totally open in the rear this evening -- July 5. Apparently DC building inspectors did not visit the site today or the contractors do not understand the potential consequences of leaving the job site totally unsecured..

Rear of site was AGAIN completely open last night (July 6) Apparently contractor and owner of property has not gotten word that what is happening is both illegal and creating a dangerous situation.

How can this property possible be marked as RSOLVED. IT IS NOT RESOLVED. There is NO FENCE in place. In fact the situation is even worse tonight as an opening has now been made directly to the basement and somebody could easily fall directly in the basement -- a several foot drop. In addition a Bobcat is now parked in the alley rather than on the property -- thereby blocking emergency access.
