These drunks are hanging around this area every day without fail. It's a shame because they hang around the tennis/basketball courts that lots of kids use. Why are the police letting them roost here? A playground seems like a bad choice for a quarantine area.

There are plenty of actual, serious problems for police and city workers to deal with. They don't need to be trying to police people who are just hanging out and not violating anyone else's rights.
