Description

Pancho Deli attracts local drug dealers and thugs; they intimidate the patrons of DeLorenzo's across the street, as well as the decent neighbors in the area. There is usually a crowd of thugs out front, and garbage out back. Also, the clothing collection bin attracts garbage, and is dangerous, and an eyesore.
