No permit found on file, area has been seriously harmed, fence is destroyed, landscaping is destroyed, climbing roses planted to keep fence jumping minimal are cut and destroyed, there was no notification or request to alter fence and this action has ruined the appearance of the street end.

Fence has been " repaired" but there remains large amount of destroyed shrubbery to be removed, please have employee from Santa Clara Apartments complete the cleanup and replace damaged shrubbery. Area was landscaped prior to the fence incident.
