On Broadway St. from Nebraska to Tennessee St. the construction that is taking place has no concerns for the public and the saftey for the public. They have no traffic control for pedestrians who use the sidewalks, people who rides on bikes, buses have limited access to pick up passengers and the biggest issue are the large metal plates that are raised very high off the street to cover holes in the street lanes. Although they put a sloping asphalt patch on all sides of the plate it still gives a big impact on one's veichle even at speeds below the posted speed limit. As a tax payer I feel these issue should be addresses in a quick and justifying manner. If this problem concerns any local resident in Vallejo I strongly recommended you comment on this issue.
