This is every corner of The Barracks, WIlliamsgate and Buena Vista.

Until there are no parking signs put out in certain areas and they start towing , these kids will continue to do what ever they want . Like parking half way on the sidewalks , on top of big rocks , in the grasss . Anywhere !

There are no parking signs they just ignore them. Maybe if they start getting towed since the signs say tow away zone maybe they will finally learn. The cops just come out and tell them to move that's it.
