Property just listed for sale and lot size listed as 6085 sq. feet. County records show property as having 6000 sq. ft. New fence with gate has been built to extend out from eastern edge of property line approximately three feet wide and is approx. 20 feet long. and encroaches or obliterates the emergency access vehicle easement belonging to Sacramento Street properties. Unsure whom to contact to address this flagrant alteration of property lines and the danger of decreased emergency vehicle access easement space.
