Description

1029 Santa Clara St, at the intersection of Santa Clara St. and Louisiana St. there is water slowly seeping up from the manhole cover. There was some kind of leakage repaired (finally) at 1019 Santa Clara St. (water main leakage?) recently, so I'm not sure if this is related or not.
