I would like to report that across the street in the vacant lots there is a rock pile where children go and throw the rocks across the street towards my home. I have reported on last year 2009 and on 6/1/2010 and on 6/8/2010, I spoke with our Community Association Management company, I spoke with Dereck Greene the owner, (704)565-5009, of the association and he informed me that he would speak with Sam the one who is managing this community and would have someone out here in a week to clean the area up. Well a week went by and nothing happened so I spoke with Sam on 6/8 and expressed my concerns and he said he knew someone that could remove the rocks and would have someone out here by the end of this week and still nothing has been done. I feel that this association has just swept this community under the rug; due to the location and not caring because this isn't their neighborhood and they don't have to live here, but my family and myself do. I also expressed my concerns about at the end of Alleginace, where there use to be barriers that seperated Choice Dr. from us but now the barriers are no longer there and now we have people riding dirt
bikes in out community and at times in vacant lots. Sam and Dereck stated they would look into it and see if the city can do anything about this but like the first problem I stated nothing has been. I just feel that this management company does nothing but get paid with my homeowner dues. I truly hope that someone can help this community so we can start getting it cleaned up.
