Description
Fence/barrier has been broken for at least a year (and has been reported to 311 before). Please advise on status for repairing it.

This is still open. It looks like some of the debris from the broken fence has been cleaned up, but it is still broken. In another conversation with 311, I was told this is Star Market's issue as it's their trucks that have damaged the fence.
It would be great if the city could coordinate with Star Market to fix this, as it does appear to be on city property, and I don't know who else is the right entity to coordinate this repair.
