The traffic signal program should be oriented to reflect a greater need for un-obstructed and un-encumbered drive for west to east travel on Concord/Spring Road during morning hours 0400-0900. Too much time is spent at red lights with no opposing traffic. Sensors should utilized more-over than timed programming.
