please examine the tree in front of the house at 38 Academy Street. Neighbors say branches on that maple tree have not had any leaves on them this past summer and the leaves on other branches seem to be dying, rather than autumn turning. The Alder and neighbors would be grateful if staff could check the tree and advise what can be done to save it.
