For the past two weekends, cars have been racing on Townsend Avenue and surrounding streets late at night and into the early mornings.

Call the alderman and police district manager. There is a very good chance that your post will not be seen by the city, You should also call the police when it is happening

Also, the dirt bikes and ATV's are back, running red lights and driving on the wrong side of the road.

Would also be nice if the PD also issued some "inspection required" warnings to those who have modified their vehicles (both 4 wheel & 2 wheel) to make the loudest noise possible.
