Yes the curbs are bad on both East and West sides of the roadway heading South from Euclid Ave.
From the ruts it is clear that drivers keep jumping the curb and further damaging the tree lawns and probably their tires and rims.

Since this is more than a minor patching, it needs to go through council for budgeting and approval. It will likely be some time before this happens as there is a capital improvements request process. The best I can offer is for you to contact your councilperson directly to inform them of the importance of this.

I know city has liability for damage to car or injury for defect in the road such as a chuck hole. It would seem that the same would apply to bad curbs like exist here. No?
Wouldnt you think the city would want to have safe roadways and prevent the possibility of a liability claim for a damaged car or injury? Just saying.
