Can't the city go after Toronto hydro for not cleaning the field as this is their property and they are responsible to maintain it instead of cutting grass around the garbage!!! I'm sure they are against some city by-laws codes right now too!!! Since weekly condo is cleaning the garbage he will keep piling it up in the field!!!

Maybe time to start a petition and make them clean it!!

How about people stop using areas like this as their public garbage dump and why are people not keeping an eye out and reporting these people to the City so they are penalized. Why are people blaming Hydro and other agencies such as this for not cleaning their property. This is exactly why lazy disrespectful ignorant people do this

Hi Darren, you should read some previous comments and issues!! There is one man doing this and meeting have taken place with a lot of people and no one is willing to do anything!! Mayors office, police, fire, MLS, hydro etc!! Apparently the man responsible is mentally ill. The Toronto star had even come out and took pics and wrote an article!! Hydro is suppose to clean it and fine him each time but they are not!! So with no one helping there is no way to stop him!!!

In the hot months a lot of us are unable to have use of our yards and have windows open, the smell is disgusting!!
He thinks he is doing the wild animals a favor by giving them food, meanwhile he is killing them with decomposed rotting food!! Very sad that no one will step in and do something!!!
He is also a threat and goes after people with baseball bats etc if anyone says a word to him!! So guess it will take someone getting seriously injured by him before anyone will help!!

This concern has been forwarded to MLS Waste department and Toronto Hydro by 311 Toronto staff.

Agree with Specialk. This disgrace is the result of one guy. There are at least 10 posts here on SeeClickFix, two Toronto Star articles, multiple visits to his house 26-351 Military Trail by: his Condo Corp, Toronto Fire, Toronto Police including community outreach officers, Toronto Waste Enforcement, Toronto Municipal Licensing and Standards, Hydro and a lot of his neighbors, but like our mayor he pushes the limit without breaking it. Even though there are tons of photos, videos and eyewitness accounts... it's not evidence he has done anything wrong. When he is spoken to on the street, he is vertically abusive. He carries weapons in the form of bats, broom handles, sticks, umbrellas and other stuff. He actually said to me that he paid the fine, so he has permission to dump... permission to dump?? Really.. Really... You call this mentally ill?? I call it arrogant, irresponsible and just plain disrespectful. He wants to do whatever he wants and FU pal... If he was in politics we would elect him!
