aThis is ACROSS from 517 Winchester. The house is on the corner of Porter and Winchester. They park a white van in this to small driveway making individuals have to walk in the streets to get around it. I have mobility disability and that makes it difficult for me not to fall. They need to not park that there until they lengthen that driveway. I'm sure there is some ordinance that covers vehicles blocking the sidewalk! Help! Thanks in advance!
