Regarding the noise complaint uploaded about an hour ago, we would be very grateful if action could finally be taken against this man. He's been disturbing us at all hours of the day and night for years, but no one has been able to identify him until now. With his license plate number, I hope he can FINALLY be forced to stop. He has really diminished the quality of life in what once was a very quiet neighborhood.
