Description
Area between Spruce Circle and Sentara Way being used as a dumping ground. Vehicles are able to drive off road here because of damaged or unmaintained road signage. Both ends are open and frequently used by vehicles to cut through wooded area.

This is a traffic signage issue as well. Traffic signs at both ends of this area are in disrepair, graffitied, and not properly located. The OBM-4 signs are not properly spaced as to indicate the end of the road and they are only posted on one end of this area. Vehicles use this area to cut through the wooded area causing rutting and damage to curbing and landscaping.
It should remain OPEN until corrected.
