Developer went bankrupt so PSG Bank took over property and would be the deep pockets to sue when big dead tree falls into McKee Road and kills the driver of a car the dead tree falls onto.

After 1,100 days thanks to city of Matthews, the top part of dead tree cut tree cut down. So when it falls it should just nearly miss hitting car passing by on McKee Road. The commercial developer of the property should complete the job.
