omg over 6 months these two cars have been abandoned on B street why aren't the city doing anything?

good morning, so I drive this intersection everyday and the traffic lights sensors are not working, 3:30am there isn't a single car coming I'm the only driving and waiting for the signals to change and it takes FOR EVER to turn green...please would you be so kind to look in to this matter, thank you very much

today after school I walked to the city Park on Alabama st and Marin Street and wanted to relax do some homework (never too old for school) not only the there were couple of prostitutes trying to make some $$with me really? I was about to tell her if she food stamps, I was annoyed, she was or they were part on the encampment in the park which is growing bigger, but at the same time there were few kids in the playground. .that really upset when
they do this kind of business in front of kids ....where or who is taking care of this park?.....
