    On the corner of Winchester and Sonoma and in the 500 block of Sonoma, two different sites, there are dumped mattresses! They have already blocked a lane! We need some one to pick these up!

    Dogs, small breds, from 701 and 703 Porter Street continue to be chronically released to be on their own, not on a leash. These critters constantly take a crap on the side walk near my house. This is disgusting and this can be a major slip hazard for anyone walking up or down hill! This has been going on for years and I have spent lots of money on Critter Ridder, time scooping up crap, and have been told in the past that their dogs will be kept on their property which doesn't happen. Perhaps another letter or visit from animal control is in order. This is beyond annoying now!

    The abandoned 76 station on the corner of Broadway and Nebraska is really out of control! It needs to be torn down and fenced off. Right now I'm across the street at the taco truck at 9 pm and this man is over there screaming. When I arrived it was about 9 to 10 folks just hanging around. There us trash, shopping baskets and what looks like old appliances. There is a high school and middle school down the street along with a day care! Someone needs to deal with this quickly!

    We seriously need some speed bumps at the intersection of Porter Street and Winchester Avenue. Daily, someone is doing donuts at that intersection! Daily! We need something at that intersection to deter folks from racing their vehicles and doing donuts. Today, folks couldn't even pass! Plus, I fear that a child will be severely injured if not killed!

    Ramp lights on the San Francisco exit off of Hwy. 39 all out! That ENTIRE area is almost pitch black at night! Total hazard! Also, I-80 near the Hwy. 39 exchange had their lights out too! Cal-Trans needs to quickly jump on that! The Hwy. 39 exit is coming from Columbus Parkyway towards Six Flags! Needs lights!

    Major potholes all up and down this ENTIRE street! Vallejo City Unified School district should be ashamed of themselves! I have complained about this street since my son was in 6th grade at Mare Island Technology Academy and he is now in the 12th grade. That patch job they occasionally attempt to do is cheap an not effective at all! Plus, they show up when the parents are dropping off their children! How stupid! Those potholes cause damage to our vehicles! That street is also a weekly illegal dumping site!
