One person has back to this spot. It's immediately adjacent to a house and spilling into the street, both in violation of city policy.

A few months back, the city cleared an encampment in this same spot and moved everyone to a "permanent" camp st West St and San Pablo.

Please reach out to this individual and require them to move down the block to the "permanent" camp. They are not welcome in our neighborhood and we do not want to have to take matters into our own hands.

Also, please try to take action within the next month. Last time, it took the city 11 months to respond, and that was not acceptable. Thank you

There is a homeless lady living on the sidewalk in front of 2416 San Pablo Ave.

To be clear, there used to be two homeless ladies living in the area. Both are clearly psychotic and in need of assistance. One is living on the sidewalk in front of 2416 San Pablo Ave. She is still there as of yesterday.

The other lady was living in front of 2401 San Pablo Ave, by a public bike station. She seems to have moved on.

So now there is simply garbage to clean up in front of 2401 San Pablo Ave, but there is still a woman in need of assistance in front of 2416 San Pablo Ave.

The woman in front of 2416 San Pablo Ave is clearly psychotic. She rants to herself in a loud voice for most of the day. She is very loud. I can hear even when I'm inside, across 4 lanes of traffic and with all of the doors and windows closed.

During the recent storms, she was sitting by herself, on the sidewalk, completely drenched by the rain, and did nothing but continue to rant to herself. It was one of the saddest things I've ever seen. Someone has got to get her off the street. She's not able to take care of herself.

Also, she's a public nuisance because she's so loud. We recently lost a tenant (a wonderful young black women, who had been our tenant for four years). She gave notice and moved to Emeryville. The ranting by this woman was waking her in the middle of the night, 3-4 nights a week, to the point that she couldn't sleep.

It's imperative that you take action to get her off the street, and she probably need some kind of institutional mental healthcare.

    Thank you

There has been one homeless lady living in front of 2401 San Pablo Ave for the past few weeks, but she seems to be gone now. The tent is in tatters and she seems to have moved on. At this point, it's just a big pile of garbage to clean up.

This is location is within 50' of an apartment building, in violation of city policy. It is also obstructing a public bike station.

Please take steps to remove the garbage as soon as possible. I don't think there's someone living here anymore.

Hi, there is large pile of illegal dumping in Indian Alley, between Sonoma Blvd and Sutter St. I think it is around 538 Indian Alley, behind a one story abandoned garage. There are two 96 gallon Recology recycling totes filled with trash, one City of Fulton 96 gallon tote filled with trash, and a pile of other items ... clothes, chairs, etc. It has been there for one or two months, at least. Would be great to have it removed.

I own and manage the property next door at 513-517A Virginia St. Glad to be of further assistance.
