    A large tractor tire has been in the Optimist Park for months. This large tire holds water which in turn is a breeding ground for mosquitos. With mothers and grandmothers bringing their children to the park now that it has been upgraded this tire is not only unsightly for a nice park but a health hazard (Zeka and West Nile).

    Cannot get a response to the smell coming from the storm drain. We keep them clear as much as possible but the standing water in it stinks. Can't enjoy our porch and that sucks!
