    A public works employee consistently is home at lunch time utilizing his town heavy equipment vehicle to get there Lakeview AVe. Lunch should be on the jobsite. This is probably one of many workers using town resources to go home and extend their assigned lunch time and do other things when they should be working. What is the cost of running a payloader or dump truck per mile/hour and the time lost not working as this is an extended lunch time. Whwere are the supervisors.

    At the community garden the water faucet valves are not shutting off completely. Please have Hamden's plumber replace the valves with 1/4 turn ball type valves that will prevent water leakage and future problems. There are three older valves left and one has already been replaced

    Benham traffic comes down the hill at an excessive speed. When someone desires to take a right turn to get to Dixwell they are at an extreme risk. Something needs to correct the problem before we have a horrific accident
