Please ask the contractor to take care and leave the crosswalks unobstructed during their work at this site. This is hazardous as there is no stop sign for 6th st traffic, is across from an officially closed sidewalk in front of the library, and the truck looms absurdly over small residents and others.

Several of the newly planted street trees are struggling or dead. five are shown here, but there are up to 10 in the general vicinity of Bent and Second. Please replant this Fall - or ask neighboring buildings to partner to water them. 150 Second St has a nicely maintained plaza, maybe them?

This tree could use some straightening. Thank you for planting so many across the city!

Sidewalk closed without adequate replacement. Please make temporary one way on road to maintain sidewalk width, as it it now, There is *maybe* 2’6” to squeeze through.

There is a dead squirrel underneath these wood chips, behind the baby swings.

Noise from air compressor after 6pm

Idling truck is ruining first warm/sunny day in a while! Very exhausting!

Very unsafe pruning. Cut branch and dropped it onto neighbor’s patio without notice.

The tree pits abutting the First St Garage’s Spring and First Street sides are an ongoing eyesore and hazard. Please maintain.

Please make sure this is by the book. They seem awfully close to this tree’s root system.

On Sidewalk

There is a mattress and overflowing trash blocking sidewalk. This sidewalk is unusable for those using wheelchairs, strollers, or walkers.

This is one of two mattresses on sidewalks near the corner or Fifth and Spring. It is also an access issue for people, as it blocks the sidewalk.

Please add a gate to this park. It would be much safer for children with caregivers.
