    This van which is operated by the homeowner of 946 Vervais parks the van on the sidewalk blocking access to pedestrians and wheelchairs. How ironic that the name of the company on the van is...Wheelchair Express. The company has been notified, but haven't made any effort to fix the problem. The van is out and about sometimes but always blocks the sidewalk upon its return.
